Q. What if there's a problem after I leave?
While complications are rare, your safety is our priority. If you experience any issues or concerns after treatment, you’ll be given direct contact information to reach our clinical team. A licensed professional will assess your concern and provide appropriate guidance or follow-up care if needed.
Q. What if I'm dissatisfied with the treatment?
Because this is a training setting, all treatments are supervised and guided by highly qualified instructors to ensure results are safe and satisfactory. However, expectations will be managed prior to treatment, and we do not offer refunds. If you have concerns, we encourage open communication during your appointment so adjustments can be made when possible.
Q. Is there anything I needed to do before & after the treatment?
Yes. Before your appointment, avoid alcohol, blood thinners (if medically appropriate), and certain supplements (like fish oil or vitamin E) for 24–48 hours to minimize bruising. After treatment, follow the specific aftercare instructions we provide — such as avoiding strenuous activity, heat, and lying down for several hours. We'll give you printed and verbal aftercare guidance on the day of your appointment.
Q. Who will inject on me?
You’ll be treated by a licensed dentist or dental hygienist who is participating in our certification training. All injectors have completed the required pre-course training and are closely supervised by our experienced instructors during the procedure.
Q. Who is present during injecting?
Your injector, a supervising trainer (licensed and highly experienced), and potentially a few other observing trainees will be present. This ensures the procedure is both educational and closely monitored for safety and accuracy.
Q. How long is my appointment?
Plan to be with us for about 60 to 90 minutes. This includes consultation, assessment, treatment, and post-care review. We aim to give each model quality time and a smooth, unrushed experience.
